Ladies and gentlemen, fashion designer Olivier Theyskens...
This Belgian designer is fairly self taught after dropping out of design school to launch his first collection in 1997 (at age 20!). He caught the eye of celebrities and design houses alike.

(above dress is for Nina Ricci in 2007)
In 2003 he became the creative director for the House of Rochas - here he combined some of the elements Rochas is famous for: Chantilly lace, evening gowns, and tailored suits with his own modernistic touches.
For Rochas in 2005.
He moved on to become the artistic director at Nina Ricci in time for the spring 2007 shows. 2009 was his last collection for Nina Ricci.
Nina Ricci 2009.And then this dress I just love because it is inspired by John Sargent's Madame X
Isn't it glorious when fashion and art unite?

Wow! These are gorgeous! I love the white/silvery looking tailored dress with the ruffle at the bottom. The top one with all the ruffles is visually beautiful but I'd hate to wear it!
