Tranquil Tuesday and a Giveaway!

I'm so sleepy from our fabulous adventure to see Dream Theater and Iron Maiden last night. Having chronic illnesses, that sort of fun really wears on me. So this post is just a quick friendly hello from me. And to make it so that the post is more than two sentences long, I'll share that a two blog I adore, Field Wonderful and Kat's Kitchen, are hosting giveaways.

My Tranquil Tuesday today is a nice cup of Yerba Mate tea to help get me going. Then I think I will be outside, because finally it has stopped raining! I have those oil spill paintings to finish (there are now three).

Field Wonderful's giveaway is very cute! It contains two cards (if you win, I like mail... hint, hint) and a little pillow that could be used to brighten up your day or as a secret surprise that greets you when you open up a drawer (yes, I put pretty things in my underwear drawer and sock drawer since I know I'll open those every day), or even to use as a pin cushion.
