So Friday I meant to post about celebrating Tanabatan on Thursday. And about my family coming into town.
Then family came into town and the post never happened.
So Sunday I meant to post my Scavenger Hunt photos.
But I had a busy day with family. So THAT never happened either!
I was smart enough to plan some posts for the next week that will go up automatically.
But meanwhile, I am in the mountains with my maternal-side of the family, my brother's family, and my sister's family. And 5 nephews and 1 niece! I love love being an Aunt.
Its been 2 years since seeing my sister's family and 3 years since seeing my brother's.
And OH MY how their children have grown. Its hard to believe it.
Tonight I was told "I've missed you so much, Tia. I want to spend all my time with you because you and I always have so much fun"! Oh, make me melt, kid.
I wish I could play Aunt everyday.
Really, if you could see me right now, you'd see my heart glowing.
And all the grown ups are pretty awesome too. My mom's side of the family is where I get my humor from. Together - it is always a recipe for laughter.

Have fun....enjoy being an aunt. You can always do blog posts another time. Family is what's important.
