Steve Jobs

Last night a text reached my iPhone that Steve Jobs had just died. And as I type on my MacBook this morning... I had to say thank you for the amazing creative genius of Steve Jobs. It isnt just about product, it is about vision. The sleek design, the ease of use, the thought that goes into every little detail. The obvious pride with a job well done. And yet with all the seriousness of a business, MacIntosh has always been light hearted and a bit on the silly side. I think that reflects a lot about the man who created it.

A true visionary. An inspiration.

“Here’s to the crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers, the round pegs in the square holes… the ones who see things differently — they’re not fond of rules… You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them, but the only thing you can’t do is ignore them because they change things… they push the human race forward, and while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius, because the ones who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world, are the ones who do.” - Steve Jobs.

The above quotation is one that I've had on my vision wall for years. While there are many inspiring, moving, funny quotes from Jobs, this is the one that has always captured my spirit - motivated me to be a visonary too.

Whether you are an Apple fan or not, it is always sad when the world loses a great innovator.

He definitely changed the world, and I'm sure he's left a huge gaping hole that few will be able to fill.

This is a great tribute to an amazing visionary. I think about all the thoughts in people's minds' and wonder if he can feel the thoughts we all have of him where he is now... crazy it may seem but I know there is something after death.
