A couple ideas from Jennifer Conrad in slowing down and taking deep breaths that I thought I would share:
1. Put a pretty postcard of a place you;d like to visit or a souvenir from your last vacation in a handy to reach place - the sun visor in your car, the top desk drawer in your office, or framed on your vision board/wall. When you are stuck in traffic, answering emails/phone calls, or needing a quick breather - look at the image and imagine your cares melting away.
2. Take quick breaks to say a meditation, prayer, mantra, and/or affirmation. If you need to "use the restroom" or "take this call" to get that time fit in, then do it.
This is my combination of #1 and #2 for today: a photo from a camping trip summer 2010.

What an idyllic place. And great, good advice.
